SCHUY IS THE LIMIT
Schuyler Arakawa, an alumna of Yale University, was left in critical condition in February 2016 when a large boulder fell directly on her in Colombia while serving as a volunteer fellow in Peru. Miraculously, against all comprehensible odds, Schuyler not only survived but, through the extraordinary care of physicians in both Colombia and Miami and prayers from every corner of the earth, is thriving with every passing day! Her struggle continues however. She is very strong and courageous, but her family needs your help with continued medical support.

Schuyler is one of the most wonderful people you will ever want to meet. Despite her difficult circumstances and struggle to rehabilitate, her smile still shines. Her mother, Meridith, is also an amazing person. The burden of having this happen to her family has not hampered her positive nature. Her strength and positive attitude is an example for all of us to emulate.

Not just an organization that serves the international impoverished, Samaritan’s Purse works in the U.S. as well. They are the Christian Red Cross…
Samaritan’s Purse is a nondenominational evangelical Christian organization providing spiritual and physical aid to hurting people around the world. Since 1970, Samaritan’s Purse has helped meet needs of people who are victims of war, poverty, natural disasters, disease, and famine with the purpose of sharing God’s love through His Son, Jesus Christ.
Their Christmas Shoe Box Campaign has touched the lives of impoverished children all over the world.
